Activate the checkbox on the right to route MIDI signals from the input into BFD3.At least 1 device must be enabled in order to route MIDI signals into BFD3. This section shows all MIDI input devices detected on your system - click the Refresh button to redetect devices. To close the MIDI preferences window, click the Finished button. On Windows, click the Options menu on the BFD3 application's menu bar, and choose Open MIDI Preferences. Note that some audio interfaces' drivers will only permit you to change the buffer size in their own control panel – in these cases, the BFD3 buffer size setting is not accessible. The buffer size is set to the same value as that specified in your audio interface control panel. If your audio interface allows you to set the samplerate within its own control panel, this preference is set to the same samplerate. This setting dictates the samplerate of the BFD3 session. To close the Audio preferences window, click the Finished button.
